The drop down menus on the Home page of the launcher are overlapped by the play/pause looping news button.

The drop down menu for selecting which version/edition of the game the user wants to play can be overlapped by the pause/play looping recent news shown at the top of the scrollable section of the home page.

What I expected to happen was...:
The play/pause looping news button should be hidden behind the drop-down menu

What actually happened was...:
The button overlaps the drop-down menu

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the home page of the launcher

2. Scroll down a bit

3. Click to the version selector next to the button labeled Play

4. Invoke the version selector drop-down menu for Minecraft: Java Edition

5. If the drop-down menu is wide enough, it will be overlapped by the play/pause looping news button when it should be hidden behind the drop down menu.
