1.20+ non snapshots are misplaced in installation list

all of 1.20+ non snapshots (release candidates, pre releases and final releases) are not shown at the top of the list (for example 1.20.4 which should be below 23w51a) and instead are down near 1.9 versions where it obviously doesn't belong to.

I have reopened the Launcher multiple times but it still has the same issue for installating new versions showing 1.20+ releases
