[MCL-24552] Deletes worlds and saved settings upon update

Everytime The Minecraft Launcher Goes to update Minecraft Bedrock it deletes and erases all my world saves and settings i had saved and has been doing this non-stop since the release of 1.21 on Minecraft Bedrock windows edition

This did not occur for me. I updated from 1.21.2 to 1.21.20 and my worlds are still there.
