Every time I open the Minecraft launcher it refuses to let me open the game because it says "downloading 1.27MB/1.27MB" and doesn't complete the download. This is very frustrating because I just want to play Minecraft. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher several times but to no avail. I've tried the solutions recommended in other problems to this one of going into the .minecraft/assets/index and deleting the stuff there but it's still the same. I've also tried deleting the game and installing it, deleting the .minecraft and it doesn't fix it.
