I have seen this bug before and Greymagic27 told me to fix it by "Going to the Microsoft Store and installing Bedrock there." By the way, what Greymagic27 (moderator who commented on your problem) tells you to go to the community support channel (scroll down to see it) on the Official Minecraft Server, which you can join here!
