[MCL-24792] Minecraft Launcher Bugged "Waiting on install"

will not install, just stops on "waiting on install" and remains that way until i close and re open, but then goes back to "waiting on install" when i try again. same thing happened with reinstalling the launcher.

I also have this problem and I really want to get the eyeblossom cape. This Jaarl-Penguin guy how can he describe to you more? The cause of this problem is unknown.

I found a way to fix it just go to microsoft store and library and update minecraft for windows any you're ready to go!!!
