Why is my minecraft launcher or the game itself making MULTIPLE VERY LARGE TEXT/LOG Files?

Why is my minecraft launcher or the game itself making MULTIPLE VERY LARGE TEXT/LOG Files? So minecraft made MULTIPLE GB large files. one was over 40GB and it was just a log file. And yes its an official minecraft launcher downloaded from the official website and bought for real money. It keeps adding files like that very often taking up HUGE space in my computer. Also im on 15.2 (24C101). I have image proof that i screenshotted:

I hope you see this and maybe fix this. I am sorry if i reported this bug in the wrong place. I hope you can give me ways so the files stop randomly appearing in my computer and making my computer run out of space so its on life-support.
