I have redeemed the free capes from TikTok and Twitch and they have not arrived, in each one I entered the code in the redeem section on the official Minecraft website (http://minecraft.net ) and they have not arrived in my account yet, I have checked it from the launcher, from the page and no, it tells me that I do not have capes, it has been 2 days since I redeemed it, I tried again but it tells me that I already have it, I tried with new codes and nothing
