My cape is not in my account

I got my free rewards from twitch and tiktok. I entered the code and it said successful. Then I entered my account. When I got to the costume section, my capes were not there. Then I got the code from 2 more different accounts and entered them. It said it was already assigned to your account, but it was not in my account.
