[MCL-25019] Minecraft Launcher opens on second monitor when closed in fullscreen

When I open the Minecraft launcher it will always open on my second monitor, even if I closed it on my main monitor(which is my default in settings)

It’s really annoying to have to drag it over every time.

Tested this on legacy and store launchers, it even bugs out on curseforge too.

Environment

Windows 10

Extra info: if it isn’t fullscreen when closed it saves location but starts minimized, which is just as annoying.
