I have this problem on two desktop computers which are running the latest version of Tuxedo OS which is a KDE Ubuntu-based 24.04 distro. It has been happening since the beginning of the latest update to the new 1.21.5 version of Minecraft Java. I’ve been unable to open the minecraft launcher since then on either of those two computers. I get this exact message shown in the imgur description for this bug report.
I have a laptop running Kubuntu 24.04 which does not have this problem.
