After reaching level 30 and reaching the rank of “Launcher Legend” the leveling progress stops, not allowing one to reach level 9001 and receive the rank of “Launcher Developer” and unlock the skills “DEBUG: Old Launcher UI” and “DEBUG: Launcher Cape,” marking them as unobtainable 😔
