the launcher doesnt allow play of games or editor. says couldnt locate. played not but an hour ago. bedrock says play but doesnt work and editor says play but installations tab says install. pressed install and it says 3.62 mb out of 3.62mb but isnt finishing, even after 10 minutes

win 10 dell latitude 7480. intel i5 6300 2.4 ghz. 8gb ddr4 ram, 128gb ssd
