I cannot launch any other instance of the game accept the latest release despite me launching it the day before perfectly fine it now displays the error

I would love to get some help with this as it is becoming a big issue.

Hello, yes I have tried reinstalling the launcher and java about 12 times now with no results, it's really weird due to me being unable to launch any other release accept the latest release.
We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Please attach the full launcher log found in minecraft/launcher_log.txt.

this is the most recent failed attempt at launching I had to send it as a file due to it being too big to copy and paste

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
A world which had previously been opened with a modified client might be corrupted. Please try reproducing the issue in a newly generated world.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers like Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
