& Symbol shown as &#x26 when looking at previews of news on the Play menu

So, when you are on the ‘Play’ screen, news previews with & in appear as &#x26 (It doesn’t seem to effect other news/previews on different pages, only the Play menu). I will add evidence in the comments.
