After several years, I lost the ability to play this game. I bought the Minecraft Bedrock Edition product, but I can't play. On the official http://minecraft.net website it shows me that I can't buy this product because I have it, but in the launcher it shows that I have to buy minecraft java and bedrock edition to play.

I have similar issue with Mac and windows but for java I owned Minecraft since 2023 at least I have proof of purchase but no redeem code and for some reason I can't play it on my devices
