The screenshot will explain I'm able to run the game outside its launcher, but I'd prefer to have it open through their launcher to play between Java, Bedrock, or Dungeons instead of loading the application independently. And I have all the available dependencies installed so it would be working buts its not.
It sucks having to open the games independently now when its easier to open them from the main launcher

Could you answer few questions regarding this issue, it will help with the investigation:
Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account?
Have you tried signing out of all your Windows Apps, and the signing in again?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date (check for updates regardless)?
Are your graphic card drivers up-to-date? Please check for updates regardless.
Please also uninstall the Launcher, delete .minecraft folder (copy its content elsewhere before deletion) and then reinstall, restart your computer. Then please try to boot the Launcher.
