[MCL-25698] update 1.21.100 is not displaying on PC

Although some console versions are updated, the PC version does not have it released. I don’t know if it’s still in the works.

Please try checking for both windows updates and updates within the Microsoft store by going to ‘Library’ and clicking ‘Check for updates’
