Minecraft Launcher is unable to be viewed

In this bug, the minecraft launcher is successfully able to start up and run, however, once the launcher is fully loaded, and would normally open to be viewed, it takes a minimized appearance and cannot be viewed, so as to open minecraft or alter skins or installations e.g. When the launcher is opened, the launcher loading screen works perfectly fine, and hovering over the application in the taskbar presents a fully loaded launcher, however hovering on the preview in the taskbar causes the user’s desktop to be shown, and clicking on the preview does not open the launcher as a user would expect. This bug started occurring after the release of the new mount mayhem update, and it was attempted to delete and reinstall all minecraft products, restarted computer, however, the issue persists.
