I can't connect to multiplayer games/realms or now even launch minecraft

Basically I was playing realms with my friends then I left to eat came back and I got a message that "oh no something went wrong and we couldn't connect to Minecraft services please connect to the internet to refresh your online access" then I logged out restarted my device logged back in and it said that I didn't own Minecraft Java anymore
