Minecraft Launcher shows “Unexpected problem occurred” and does not start

The Minecraft Launcher shows an “Unexpected problem occurred” error message and does not open properly.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open Minecraft Launcher on Windows.

2. Wait for it to load.

3. The error screen appears saying “An unexpected problem occurred. Try restarting the Launcher.”

Expected result:

The launcher should load normally and allow me to select and start Minecraft.

Actual result:

The launcher displays an error screen and cannot be used. Restarting the launcher does not resolve the issue.

Also, the attached screenshot is in Portuguese (PT-BR), as that is my system language.
