problem with launcher

I have a purchased account. I've been playing for a long time. Then, in December 2025, an error suddenly appeared in the game. I deleted the launcher. Then I downloaded it from the website and tried to install it. But it doesn't work. I get an error: There were problems accessing the Microsoft Store. I go to the Store and then find the game there. I try to install it, but nothing happens. The launcher doesn't install. I updated my Windows and drivers, cleared cookies and DNS, but nothing helps. I can't install the launcher.
