Minecraft Launcher stuck looping forever

I’ve uninstalled the game a while ago, My friend recommended to replay some Minecraft as he wants to play a multiplayer game where you can feel your progress. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered an issue specifically that affects me, no one has this and I’ve been asking around Reddit and had no replies to help my issue. My minecraft launcher either crashes with the code 0x1, or is stuck loading for 5 minutes until it goes “Failure to Update the minecraft native launcher.” Installing the launcher from other sources doesn’t help. Repairing doesn’t help. The articles didn’t assist me in any way.

Attached is a picture of my .minecraft folder (I can NOT install Java or Bedrock, so I assume this is just the files of the launcher?) and inside launcher_log.
