Minecraft Launcher Java Edition

I recently had hacking attempt to an email account not associated with anything of my Minecraft connections. I proceeded with the usual password changing, and security and privacy checks. I did change the xbox setting to “block”. I then closed out of the current play session I was in, logged out of the Launcher and logged back in with no problem. I launch the java game to see the Multiplayer and Realms buttons not available. I close everything. I go to my Microsoft account for Minecraft and change the settings back to “Everyone” and “Allow”. While still logged in to Microsoft I open the Minecraft Launcher and try the Java Play. The play screen still did not give me multiplayer access. I rechecked all the settings via the xbox profile and all were correctly set for multiplayer and third-party connection, etc. All set as I set them through my Microsoft account.
I can still play via the Bedrock Edition, but this is not the same, it is not connected to my current play.
I have now gone in circles for over 15 hours of internet research and attempts to fixing this issue.
I read in another report here for another type of Minecraft Launcher issue where their Launcher eventually said they had not purchased Minecraft.
Please be assured I have the tax invoice for my purchase, and I have been playing it for over 12 months, with screenshots, video and lots of new friend connections made.
I would like to restate that at no time the accounts for and connected to my Minecraft were ever seen or touched by any hacking attempt. I keep a strict multi-level security with how I am digitally contacted.
I have gone through my computers securities, privacy and anti- -everything to hopefully catch something in there but all scan results came back clean and green ticks.
I have tried to make contact with Microsoft, Minecraft and xbox about this issue, but those avenues usually are ignored, or simply unavailable to ask anyone.
