After successfully logging in the launcher inconsistently gives one (or more) of the following errors:
Unable to verify products owned
Displays an incorrect Minecoin balance OR says that it can’t load the balance
Displays the ‘buy now' option instead of allowing me to play
Currently, it is doing the first and last, but also displaying the correct Minecoin amount able to show what I’ve purchased in marketplace.
This started today after I clicked the “Buy as gift” option to purchase a copy for my son. He is able to play on his computer just fine.
The last time I managed to open the game it didn’t connect properly and I couldn’t connect to LAN games, Realms, or Marketplace from in the game, even though it is connecting to my profile.
I have followed every FAQ I can find, including reinstalling the launcher and game, with no luck.
