Unable to launch the game without internet connection if I connected once

if my computer is connected to internet while the game is running nothings happens but from that moment i cannot launch the game offline anymore until I am able to connect again and update the launcher. This probably happens because the launcher checks for updates and if it find an update and it is not able to complete them it will not launch the game.
