unexpectedly low fps level for no reason

Hi. I had problems with my Ideapad L340 15irh gaming laptop. A few weeks ago it had a high frame rate, but then it suddenly dropped to 40-60 fps and I tried everything to fix the problem but couldn't find a solution. I even did a full reset of the entire computer and it still doesn't work. So I suspected that this problem was caused by Minecraft. When I tried older versions, the frame rate also dropped sharply and the computer has a gtx1650 graphics card and an i5-9300H processor. I tested both java and bedrock and both had a fps drop so I suspected it was a Minecraft launcher bug
