error en el launcher y en bedrock

Neither Minecraft nor Bedrock Java will open for me. I would appreciate it if you could answer me in Spanish. When I open the launcher, it tells me to restart the launcher or reinstall it, but neither works. And in Bedrock, I get a blank screen and it won't open.
