Locked Out of My Account

I bought Minecraft for $40, and at first everything seemed fine. The purchase went through without any issues, and I was excited to start playing. However, when I tried to log back into my account later, I ran into a serious problem. It asked me to register or connect to an Xbox account, which I wasn’t expecting. During that process, something clearly went wrong, and my account ended up getting lost or disconnected. Since then, I haven’t been able to access the game at all, even though I know my login details should be correct.

I tried multiple times to sign back in, reset my password, and follow different steps, but nothing worked. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a game and then suddenly lose access to it for no clear reason. I also contacted the Xbox call line hoping they could help me recover my account, but unfortunately, they were not helpful and didn’t resolve my issue. It felt like I was just going in circles without getting any real support.

To make things even more frustrating, I actually have all the proof that the account belongs to me. I still have the transaction ID from when I purchased the game, along with other account details to confirm ownership. Despite having this information, I still haven’t been able to recover access. Overall, I’m really disappointed with this experience and just want a clear solution so I can log back into my account and play the game I paid for.
