Cannot Install Bedrock -- Waiting Screen

For some reason I cannot discern through any of my searching, the Launcher is not installing Bedrock when I send that request through. I have previously played Bedrock on this device, tried today and I kept getting an error message that I didn’t have it installed, so to troubleshoot this, I uninstalled Bedrock Edition. Once it was uninstalled, I went back into the Launcher to install it once more, and am getting this “Waiting on Install” screen with no indication that anything is actually being installed. In order to troubleshoot this new issue, I uninstalled and successfully re-installed the Launcher itself, but the issue persists. I double-checked and Java Edition is launching and updating just fine, complete with install progress bar on the bottom of the screen, only Bedrock Edition is doing this. I know I can just play Java Edition instead, but I have skins and texture packs purchased through Bedrock Edition that I can’t access in Java Edition.
