Hola, en diciembre del año pasado presenté el mismo error y me lograron ayudar arreglarlo. Esta vez intenté nuevamente lo que me recomendaron la vez pasada y no funcionó. No sé que pasa con mi launcher, ayuda por favor.
Lo unico que hago es intentar abrir el launcher me muestra la imagen normal y luego salta el error y no me deja jugar. A veces me da tiempo de darle a jugar y logra abrir el juego, pero no me parece que deba ser así.
Con respecto a la “Affects version” no entiendo a que se refiere, solo seleccioné cualquier opción, porque realmente estoy desesperada con el error. Si podrían explicarme, lo agradezco mucho.
He intentado borrar el launcher e instalarlo nuevamente desde Microsoft Store, no funciona; instalarlo desde otro link que me dieron la ultima vez que me ayudaron, sucede lo mismo. No sé que más hacer.

Mi computador es un lenovo IdeaPad Slim Intel core 5.
