Hello,
My name is Onik,my username is The_Oni_Sensei ,my mincrosoft acount is Onik Shil and am experiencing an issue with the Minecraft Launcher.
When I open the launcher, it says that I am offline. It also says that it cannot detect the Minecraft items and games I have already purchased. Because of this, the launcher is asking me to buy Minecraft again even though I already own it.
I have tried signing out and signing back in, but the problem continues.
Please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a way to restore access to my purchased games.
