I can't use the redeem cape code because Twitch have only has 16 characters.

I know this isn't the correct channel for reporting this issue, but I don't have a better way to report it to you.

I received a redeem code on Twitch for watching 15 minutes of a stream. The code I received for the cape is 16 characters long: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, but the system requires a 25-digit code to redeem it. “xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx“
