[MCL-298] Launcher Version 0.7.2 (Dev) Is Missing 13w17a in the NYI

If you open up the Minecraft Dev Launcher, and then click on the
Local Version Editor (NYI), It shows all of the Minecraft Versions
that the Dropdown "Version Selection" Tab has, although it is Missing
13w17a.

Its on windows 7 that picture someone added was windows XP
