I cannot acsess my game's resource pack when i click open folder

I was going to get a resource pack that alot of people use but when i clicked
open reasource folder, it said this(cannot find C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks')
What am i doing wrong?
