In the new dev Minecraft launcher, when selecting a version and scrolling onto one of the versions occasionally some of the text of the other versions will appear faded and/or missing. In the attached picture the cursor is placed on snapshot 13w18c, and versions with faded and/or missing text have a red-line put on them by me. I have found that this only happens by specifically placing the cursor on the versions with the red-line, then placing the cursor on another version. The same is also done for the "Log Out" and "Play" buttons, as well as other text found in the launcher.

I now actually believe this may be a bug in Java SE8 b91 and 92. But if you want I can upload a video.
Which brings me back to my "packages" theory, and is also why I can't decide for a fact what the problem is.
I just tried on Java SE7 U25 (the latest stable version). The bug still persist, maybe it has something to with the OS? As for the possible bug with the internet, I made sure that the packages were not interrupted in any way and it still persist.
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft / Launcher version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
There's 2 ways this will happen:
-Packets are sent through the internet during downloads, and not all of them arrive on time, which causes letters to appear missing.
-Someone looking for attention may edit a picture in microsoft paint, which is what I did to reproduce the above pictures. It was really simple, because all the background colors are the same, solid color. I can't prove that you edited the pictures to make it look like missing graphics, but I was able to reproduce it by editing a screenshot in MS Paint, and came up with strikingly similar results. When you used Paint (I'm assuming) to mark the missing graphics with red lines, that's when I realized you could have edited the graphics as well. If a Moderator can't reproduce your bug, then they will probably assume those are edited pictures.
