[MCL-3683] not showing older versions

when you look for versions on the Launcher and press the older version button Nothing happens

Can you try to go to .minecraft and deleting everything except "saves", then running the launcher again?

There is no button "Older Versions" , see screenshot.

Please provide a screenshot of your launcher to show what button you mean.
