Launcher version 1.6.13 stuck on launching message

Minecract launcher version 1.6.13 for me allows me to click play but after a couple seconds, tells me I can tplay, and click fix the problem, when I do so I cant follow the steps, I don't know what happened, yesterday it was working fine today it wont work at all
