[MCL-3830] Each time I try to launch any versions around 1.8.7 or the snapshots of 1.9, I get this crash report. Is there a new launcher?

What do you mean? It can download all other versions except these. How do I do that? This is the entire crash report. It said nothing else. It fails to download the version is all I know. I also just found out there is a new launcher. I am using Version 1.6.13. Is that why? I tried downloading the new one but it keeps restarting before it can download runtime.
