issue causing minecraft to use 2X the resources if java is regularly installed.

since minecraft uses its own portable java version. this happens:
computer bootup: start java
minecraft bootup: start java(portable mc version)

this causes java to be active twice. the only thing i dont understand is
when "mc java" uses 10% CPU
other java uses 10% cpu as well.
this java is used for the other stuff on my computer that uses java.
but this bug causes my "gaming pc" to be a half "gaming pc". efectively changing it to a regular 4gb ram intel i3 processor pc.

temporary workaround: go to task management after starting up mc. click the "proccesor" tab untill programs with the most CPU used are on top. you should see 2 java platform se binary programs running. one has an arrow before the name. if you click the arrow "minecraft 1.8.X" should pop up as a sub program. the other one should not have the arrow. right click the one without the arrow and click terminate to stop it.

Not a bug.
Download the "non-bundled" Launcher from https://minecraft.net/download -> "Show all Platforms" -> "Minecraft for Windows (alternative)"

not trying to be rude here. but maybe this should at least be said somewhere. i could not find out about it anywhere! maybe say:
"if you already have java installed. pick the minecraft for windows (alternative) version. as the default version comes with its own java and that will mess up together with your pc's java."

You should better ask yourself why there is an instance of Java starting when your PC boots, why is it eating 10% of your CPUs and why you can termintate it without missing something ?
The sense of the bundled Minecraft Installer is to have an own installation of Java not interfering with other Java installations on your PC.

found something out. its not that my pc's java starts with my pc. but with the launcer. the launcer uses pcjava and minecraft itsself uses mcjava...... also its eating the same as mcjava. wich is realy annoying if you forget about stopping pcjava and go into a 1041 command block world... also i cant delete my pc's java as i have other programs with java. for instance Techniclauncer (minecraft modded launcer)
needs java to be installed. also on a side note. my startup progress takes realy long and sometimes fails because my antivirus flips out when starting minecraft. only while starting. i can handle the realy long as i switched from a crappy pc from 2006 to a full blown gamepc. but the 50% chance of crash is realy annoying. although i dont know if its minecraft or my antivirus and wich antivirus it is. (have like 5 installed due to my dad being a safety freak)

in short. there is still a bug. but the bug is that the launcer itsself runs of pcjava.
