[MCL-4267] Launcher won't launch snapshots or modded versions

I wanted to play in the latest snapshot, but the version won't show up in the launcher. Then, i tried loading my mods and nothing. Optifine does load fine though. It all started when I moved my minecraft directory to a new installation of Windows.

Cannot confirm.
Please uncheck the "Snapshot" checkbox, save the profile, close the launcher, and recheck the checkbox.

still does not load the snapshots. But my minecraft is in a different directory than %appdata%. Its in E:\Admin\Program Files\Minecraft\Data\.minecraft. When i did try installing optifine, i did have this same issue, but merging the .minecraft in roaming to the directory its in now worked

Can you take a screenshot of the entire launcher? It has some display artifacts.

Is it possible that Optifine messes up the version list of your Launcher ?

Please do the following:

Stop Launcher
Rename .minecraft to something else
Restart Launcher
Create new profile
Check if snapshots are there

If not, please attach the complete output of the "Launcher Log" which can be found on the second tab of the launcher to this ticket.
