[MCL-4288] Fire causes knockback (Fire damage pushes you around like a sword swing).

What I expected to happen was...:
You wouldn't get knocked off a cliff when burning. Even worse than no sprinting with fire.

What actually happened was...:
Imagine getting hit by a sword 2 times every second, that's what it felt like. Fire now gives knockback. I don't know if that was intentional or what. Please respond.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set yourself on fire.

P.S. In the affects versions bar, I don't know if that means something else, but the version it actually affects is 16w02a
