Please re-create that and after each log out please attach the complete output of the "Game Output (Your Minecraft name) " which can be found on the fourth tab of the launcher to this ticket.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".

And please attach the complete output of the "Launcher Log" which can be found on the second tab of the launcher to this ticket (only once, there is only one log)

I belive this is intended behaviour for Single Player worlds. When opening the world, you always get inventory, position, etc. from the player who last had the world open.
If you want users not to mess with each others Worlds and files, they should have separate operating system accounts.
