EOFExpections: SSL peer shut down incorrectly

I went on here to check on the problems that are already listed and on the internet to find solutions to this problem but none seemed to work.

I have the latest JAVA version, firewalls are fine, network drivers are using the latest version, and could even access the minecraft network with some other launchers. But not the official Vanilla Minecraft launcher.
