Game crashes as soon as I load a new/old world when using versions of minecraft from 1.9.4-1.11, and I get " Game ended in bad state (exit code 255)". Windows 7. Java 8 update 111.

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.11.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.
