[MCL-5234] When i try to launch the game but im still on the Minecraft Launcher, I check the Launcher Log and the cause of it is java.oi.IOExeception: CreateProcess error=2

What I expected to happen was...:
The game to launch like normal

What actually happened was...:
A new tab opens in the launcher as Game Output (ShellyBell_Ring) and the game doesnt launch
Steps to Reproduce:
I dont know how to discribe how i trigged this bug. This happened so long ago. But this is what cpmes up from the Launcher Logs
