Launcher does not display "Play" and "Logout" buttons in default size

When opening the Launcher on my Laptop in default size, the "Play" and "Logout" buttons are not displayed

Alternate Fix: Add scrollbars

What I expected to happen was...:
The launcher shortens the Text on the right and displays the buttons disregarding the size of the window.

What actually happened was...:
The Launcher preferred the WIP Text over the buttons. This is pretty annoying as I have to resize my window before I can play
