Forced to update to new Launcher, game doesn't launch, freezes on the words Preparing...

I was forced to update to the new launcher 2.0.713 and now my game will not load at all. When I go to launch the server I normally play on, which is a 1.10.2 server, it will just sit there on the preparing... and then freezes up and says not responding. I have uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times and still get the same results.
It refuses to launch minecraft and I can no longer play the game.
The game ran perfect before I was forced to update using launcher version 1.6.70

EDIT: I just tried to launch the game in the newest launch version 11.2 and it makes it to the screen that says LOADING... and then it freezes and locks up requiring a force quit.

All these problems began with this forced launcher update.

Now it will sometimes make it past the preparing screen,but then it'll do the screen shot I just attached.
