[MCL-5450] Launcher shows snapshot news despite them being older than release news

Affected version: 2.0.757 (Windows)

The bug

The launcher shows snapshot news even if they are older than the latest release news. Currently it shows snapshot news for "Minecraft 1.11 Pre-Release 1" and release news for "Minecraft 1.11.2".

This is a general problem. We should wait for the 1.12 release. Can you therefor please close it as "Awaiting response" or something similar and not as "Fixed"?
