The New Launcher Doesn't Have the Minecraft Folder Button

In the old launcher, there was a button that allowed us to directly access the Minecraft Folder where all the assets, mods, resource packs, crash reports, saves, etc are located.
But in the new launcher, it seems like the button is gone and I can't find it!

Please add the button to the Minecraft Folder... It was so much more convenient with that button... 😃
Thank you so much if the button is added, and the new launcher looks so much better by the way.

Which version do you call "the new launcher"? Launcher 1.6.70 has a button "Open Game Dir" inside the Profile Editor, that can be opened with the button "Edit Profile" below the profile selection (at the bottom left). It is also written in mojang help: Where are Minecraft files stored?.
I'm walking on windows, running on GNU/Linux. 😉 Don't know how Mac is, but the mincraft launcher based on Java should be the same for all.

The thing is, I liked it when there was a direct button that was officially on the old launcher. It was so much more convenient with the button since I didn't have to go outside the launcher itself.

The new launcher is the one that just got released. It's designs are much cooler but the button somehow got removed... 😞

You can still access that folder through the launcher.
First, go to "Launch options" and select a profile. Then you can click on the green arrow icon right next to the "Game directory" text box. There you go!

But then it says it can't go there because the directory is not valid...

Then open a new ticket. This one is invalid since the Launcher has the button.
